Villa Sunrise is ideally placed for whatever holiday you want. 10 minutes drive away is the beautiful blue flag beach at Guardamar. La Marquesa golf club is only 5 minutes away as is the town of Quesada although there are bars and restaurant within easy walking distance, but if you just want to relax we have a 10m x 5m private pool with 6 sun lounges and another 3 on the roof solarium where there is also a table with 6 chairs, great for an afternoon snack, there is also a built in BBQ. On the front patio we have a table and chairs perfect for an evening drink as the sun starts to set. We have a king size bed in the en-suit master bedroom there is also two twin bedrooms all air conditioned, also air conditioned is the living room/dining room with satellite T V and a DVD, we have a fully equipped kitchen hob, oven, microwave, toaster kettle and coffee maker and a washing machine in the utility room.
