Welcome Packs - These can be pre arranged with us before arrival usually €15-€20 depending on requirements...

Our Packages-
Bronze - Key Holding

Silver - Key Holding, Regular property inspections, run all taps, showers and flush toilets, check all electrical appliances, air con units and lights, examine furnature for wear and tear, thoroughly air all rooms, check any garden irrigation systems, check for mould, damp and infestations, emergency call out first hour free, send regular property inspection reports to owner.

Gold - same as silver but with these additional services -
Attend appointments for deliveries/tradesmen, free meet and greet for owners, prepare property for owners arrival, check mailbox and remove all mail, forward to owner in UK.
