Hi, I don't know of any shops that sells a wide range of fabric, but Kate's craft shop sells 100% cotton fabric which we use for patchwork and quilting. It comes in usual width rather than the quarters so could be suitable for dress making. If what she has is not suitable Kate may be able to recommend a shop or Wendy who teaches the patchwork classes may know of somewhere. The shop number is 966 789 195 and is in the commerial centre at San Luis close to Granny Reeves pie factory.
