we are offering a long term let from October 2011 to April/May 2012 approx 6 to 7 months.(negotiable)

This is a large 3 bed 2 bath villa in private grounds, well maintained with lots of outdoor space including a 100 square metre terrace. A fairly flat property with only a couple of stairs here and there and offering very good sized rooms. Good location quite close to Bowls and Golf

The let is offered with a legal contract, electricity and water bills would be paid seperately and are not included in the monthly rent.
