LONGOR SHORT TERM LETS

Hi All
as a matter of interest would you class 6 to 7 months as a long let?

Ive just seen a property advertised on this site as a short term let for 6 months, i thought this would be classed as a long let with holiday lets being described as short term let, am I wrong or have I misunderstood the concept

I also have a property to let for 6 to 7 months but am classing this as a long let ?

any advice on the correct terminology would be appreciated thanks

I may be interested in renting for a few months from November Could you post details of your property and how much please. Also what area is your place in and would a small very well behaved non moulting dog be allowed. Thanks.

Hi Maz
on reading your requiremnts my property wouldnt be any good to you. Mine is a large 3bed two bath, own pool, on a large plot, it is lovely but not the type of thing youre looking for.
