Satelite system
I have just got an satelite system installed and want to share my experience with you. I first contacted Ian at Totaly digital to install the system. First he sad that a free sat dish of 1,9 meters could not be installed, the only alternative was a 1 meter dish. The receiving was very bad and I contacted Ian to correct it. Do you think he came back and corrected it?
Luckily for me my neighbor installed his dish by Arcadia Satellite TV systems, and they did the job perfect, and now I have a clear picture and a lot of channels.
I am one of many who have recieved the best service from Ian and after service continues.
But understand that you cant satisfy everyone all of the time.

We would and have highly recommended Ian, he has fitted a dish for us and also a lot of our friends. He has on all accasions been very professional and also given excellent advice to us and our friends. Keep up the good work Ian.

I would also like to add we had our TV system fitted in our bar by Ian and we would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very professional and his after care is first class.

I am that man Ian of Totally Digital. I do not get into arguments as I like to conduct myself in a Professional manner. However, if I can just clear up a couple of points here.
Firstly I have been trading in the Satellite Industry here is Spain for the last four years and to date I have not had one complaint regarding my workmanship and professionalism and most importantly my after sales service.
Secondly I visited Mr Harald Olsens (the customer) property and informed him that I could not locate a 1.9 mtr dish in the given area. I fully informed the customer that the only dish I as Totally Digital could install was that of a 1 mtr in size. I also fully explained the limitations this dish would have in channel reception (which covered your comments regarding signal reception being bad BBC, ITV etc) and was given the go ahead to carry out the work by the customer. The next point of contact was that the customer asked me to come and remove the dish as he had managed to get attached to his neighbours. I am sorry Mr Olsen but if I could have installed the 1.9 mtr dish in the first instance this problem would not have arisen and more importantly as your neighbour has had a system fitted and you are able to share with them it does not entitle you to call me and ask me to remove the equipment I installed and give you a refund.
